第29卷第3期 山东体育学院学报 Vo1．29No．3 2013年6月 JournalofShandongInstituteofPhysicalEducationandSpots June2013 市场经济条件下北京市民办高校体育教学改革研究 Reform ofphysicalpedagonyinBeijingprivateuniversitiesundertheconditionof marketeconomy 刘传勤 LIU Chuan——qin 摘 要：近年来，作为我国高等教育重要组成部分的民办高校蓬勃发展，并在体育教学方面初 步形成了自身的特色，但要更好地满足市场经济条件下对于体育教学功能的多元化需求，就必 须勇于突破现有模式，尝试体育教学改革。以北京市6所具有代表性的民办高校为研究对象， 对北京市民办高校体育教学现状及其成因进行分析，并借鉴美国、日本等市场经济比较发达而 且民办教育发展比较成熟的国家在民办体育教育方面的经验，对北京市民办高校体育教学 目 标体系的建立、体育教学管理机制和评价体制改革、体育课程的内涵建设以及体育教师队伍建 设等方面的问题提供具有参考价值的建议。 关键词：市场经济；多元化需求；民办高校；体育教学；改革 中图分类号：G807．4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006—2076(2013)03—0109—06 Abstract：Asanimportantpart ofhighereducation inChina，theprivatecollegesanduniversities aredevelopingrapidlyinrecentyears，theyhaveinitiallyformedtheirowncharacteristicsinphysical education．However，inordertosatisfythemulti—functionneedsofphysicaleducationbetterunder thecondition ofmarketeconomy，theprivate collegesanduniversitiesmusthave thecourage to breaktheexistingmodelandtrytoreform thephysicaleducation．Thisarticlemakesanin—depth analysisonthestatusquoandtheundedyingfactorsofthephysicaleducationintheprivatecolleges anduniversitiesbychoosingsixrepresentativeprivatecollegesanduniversitiesinBeijing．Inaddi- tion，italsoprovidesrecommendationsfortheestablishmentofphysicaleducationgoalsystem，the reform ofphysicaleducationmanagementmechanism andevaluation system ，the improvementof physical educationcurriculum，and theconstruction ofteachingbodyby drawingupon theexperi— encesfrom theUnitedStatesandJapanwhichhaveamaturemarketeconomyandhighlydeveloped privateeducation． Keywords：marketeconomy；diversifiedneeds；privatecollegesanduniversities；PE educationre— ofmr
