PAGE PAGE 2 Research progress in Triple-positive Breast Cancer Endocrine therapy Resistance mechanism Abstract Background: Triple-positive breast cancer is estrogen receptor (ER) positive, progesterone receptor (PR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) proliferation or overexpressing of the breast cancer. Triple-positive breast cancer is a hormone-dependent tumors, endocrine therapy is one of the important means of treatment, and endocrine resistance in breast cancer treatment is a serious clinical problem . Objective: The purpose of this study is through the literature research mechanism of endocrine therapy resistance of triple-positive breast cancerand current treatment measures for endocrine therapy resistance, in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods: (1). An application to retrieve the CNKI, Wanfang full-text database, PubMed database, CBM retrieval system, with “Triple-positive breast cancer; endocrine resistance; aromatase inhibitors; selective estrogen receptor modulators” as keywords, separately or jointly retrieval 2000-03 - 2012-09 80.(2). Inclusion criteria: 1) the pathological type; 2) endocrine therapy; 3) resistant mechanisms of endocrine; 4) treatment strategies of endocrine therapy resistance.
