AbstractTh Abstract Th T of realnSIC staging‘ging teachingteaching underHader thethe new standardstandard ol elementary school ABSTRACT：Suhomlinskl once said that．”Music Education is not the education of musicians，but firstly is the education of human beings．”In other words，music educmion is not for musicians alone，but for everyone．For a music teacher，music education should be more of edifying students’sentiment，and educating students’ personality，namely“the education of human beings”．As the new music curriculum standards implemented，not only the current music teaching has been guided and adjusted，but also more and more music teachers are made to start thinking about how to carry out music teaching—tO mix the new curriculum standards into music teaching，and the most important is to let students gradually become interested in the process of learning music．In the traditional music teaching of primary school，some students may like music，but do not like music courses；Thus teachers cannot teach music well though they are willing to teach．No matter the teaching means and methods adopted by teachers，or the achievement of the course goal are unsatisfactory．With the new curriculum standards’guidance，the music teaching of primary school has been changed in a fight way，students and teachers have been influenced profoundly，and the music education of primary school are geRing mature． Firstly this paper has a simple list of the typical shortcomings existed in the traditional music teaching of primary sch001．And then，in the context of new music curriculum standards，this paper has a proposal of music teaching segmented goals，which providing a distinctive road for teachers how to carry out music teaching effectively，and playing a guiding role of research on this paper．Under the new curriculum standards’guidance，the current music teaching of primary school has changed significantly with compartment to the traditional way．After the field survey of two primary schools(Chongqing Kuang
