A A STUDY oN THE INFLUENCE MECHANISM oF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP oN EMPLoYEE’JoB WELL.BElNG ABSTRACT With a series of scandals,some companies due to lack of ethics and by fade out of sight, under the corporate ethics issues have become increasingly prominent in the background, ethical leadership has become the focus of attention of scholars,at the same time,in order to improve staff motivation enhance the vitality of the organization,scholars began to pay attention to this factor happy to explore a variety of factors affect the well—being,work happiness become a hot topic.In the enterprise,and employees to interact more leaders,the leadership style,leadership behavior will affect the work and the feelings of their employees, such as job happiness.Based on this,the present study was to investigate the mechanism of leadership and work ethic happiness explore ethical leadership,organizational justice,affect the relationship between organizational identity and work well—being. Through the research literature review,this paper puts forward the research model of ethical leadership and work well-being,with the organizational justice,organizational identification as the intermediary variable,the domestic enterprise employees to investigate and study.In the case of learn from the mature scale preparation of initial scale after an initial small sample pre-correction scale investigation,a formal questionnaire.This study used literature research method proposed ethics leadership,organizational justice,organizational identification and job well-being research hypothesis,the empirical analysis,employees of Companies in the Guangxi region of questionnaire survey,obtain 1 1 00 copies of valid questionnaires,using the Spss20.0 and Amos 1 7.0 software to model assumptions descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model to test and get the following conclusions: (1)Statistical characteristics of the individual differences of employees
