ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In recent years，the disputes occurred in the area of civilian—run education is increasing，and most of these disputes haVe not eVer occurred before iIl the field of education，but they play a Very important r01e in the deVelopment of Chinese civilian—mn education．11CI study on it from the perspectiVe of law theory is a new lesson under the background of administrating education by law．This paper is trying to analyze the notion，the styles and its s01ution ways of ciVilian-mn education through public education disputes． This p印er is diVided into six parts：Introduction and oVeⅣiew of civilian—mn education is the first part，it introduces the theory and the practical needs of ciViIian-mn education disputes and analyzes the status of ciVilian—mn education dispute．111e second part analyzes the conc印t， the unique characteristics and the basic styles of civilian—mn education disputes from the distinction of public education and ciVilian-mn education disputes，and has a systematical conclusion of the fbmation of a civilian—mn education disputes．The third part introduces Various relief ways of civiHan—mn education that is di骶rent from general civil disputes， and concludes its lessons．The fourth part presents fiVe principles，they are e妇’ective protection of the right to education of the students，fair and efficient settle of disputes are the Value of the pursuit of ciVilian—mn education disputes solution， and it should be 1egitimate to solVe ciVilian—mn education disputes and so on．7rhe fifm part pointed out many inadequacies of priVate—mn education disputes relief，such as lack of legal proVisions，the settlement mechanism not so completely and so on．In the II sixth sixth part， the author presents some proposals to complete the inadequacies of Chinese priVate-run education disputes status from the View of 1egislation and justice． Key words： Private-mn Education Disputes；Civilian-11ln Education Stimulation Law；Right to Education；Educational A曲itration； Le
