摘 摘 要 城市区划地名管理是城市建设和发展的一项重要内容，社会的行政管理、 经济活动、城乡建设、户籍管理、社会治安、交通运输、邮电通讯和旅游等都 离不开区划地名管理工作。建立“昆明市区划地名信息管理系统”目的，就是 为了加强昆明市的地名管理工作，进一步提高地名管理工作的科学化、规范化、 标准化和信息化水平，更好地为昆明市的经济建设、城市建设和管理等事业服 务。 本文首先分析了昆明市区划地名管理系统建设的必要性和可行性，GIS的 定义及其研究内容。论文从软件工程的角度介绍了该系统的开发过程，包括系 统的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、编码、测试以及系统维护等过程。结合 ESRI公司的MapObjects和Delphi语言的优势进行了昆明市区划地名信息管理 系统的构造，开发出的系统实现了地图的显示、放大、缩小、漫游、添加专题 图等常规的GIS功能以及地名信息的统计、录入、更新、恢复、地名的命名、 更名、注销等功能。 系统采用了基于客户／服务器方式的关系型空间数据库管理技术、快速原 型法的界面生成技术、基于部件模型方法的可视化编程技术以及将图层管理功 能模块集成为类，以此实现了系统的快速开发和复用的目的。 【关键词】GIS，MapObjects，快速原型法 AbstractPlacename Abstract Placename management of city division takes an important part in city construction and development，the contents of which draws a close connection to social administration，economic activities，the building of countryside and city， social security，transportation， electronic communication，travel and the like．The foundation of placename division of informalion management system in Kunming is to do a great favor mr placename management of Kunming，and to make a further progress in placename management of scientification，regulation，standardization and information．What’S more，it will do a big help to supply an excellent service to economic construction，city management and development in Kunming． With the beginning of analyzing essentiality and feasibility of founding management system of placename division，aS well as the definition and contents of GIS，the essay introduces development progress of this system in the aspect of software project．In the midst of it includes demand analysis of this system，brief design，concise design，encoding，test and system maintenance etc．Taking advantage of ESRI’S mapobjects and Delphi，I program the information—management system of plaeename division in Kunming．Also the system obtained provides normal GIS functions，such as map display,zooming in，zooming out，wandering，and addition of special photographs．Furthermore，other functions，like placename statistic， recoding，updating，resuming，naming of
