辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文摘 辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 大力发展辽宁省沿海经济带经营性乒乓球俱乐部，对加快全民健身运动，发展辽宁 省乒乓球体育事业，完善乒乓球俱乐部体系等具有重要意义。本论文采用问卷调查、专 家访谈，实践调查等方法，对目前经营性乒乓球俱乐部在辽宁省沿海经济带开展情况进 行分析，提出相关对策建议，为辽宁省沿海经济带经营性乒乓球俱乐部更快更好发展提 供借鉴。研究结果显示： (一)辽宁省沿海经济带经营性乒乓球俱乐部的经营性质多元化、经营规模中级化， 经营地点以群带集中，经营方式多采用会员制。 (二)辽宁省沿海经济带经营性乒乓球俱乐部消费者在性别，年龄及职业结构等方 面存在明显差异，消费动机多样。 (三)辽宁省沿海经济带经营性乒乓球俱乐部教练员的性别，年龄及学历结构迥然 不同，执业水平有限，执教年龄不等，授课方式多样，酬金普遍不高，流动性较大。 (四)辽宁省沿海经济带乒乓球俱乐部的现实发展过程中，存在着诸多的问题，亟 需加强法规建设和行业监督、积极开展连锁经营，扩大规模效益、加大宣传力度、提高 乒乓球消费观念、提升俱乐部队伍成员建设等措施。 关键词：沿海经济带；经营性乒乓球俱乐部；对策研究 Research Research On Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt、S Commercial Ping-pong Clubs Development Situation And Countermeasures Abstract Gym club as a new organizational form of education is a sign of economic development and social advance in a region，a city，even a country and a mirror of advanced culture． Studying on current situation of ping-pong clubs in the coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province has important significance for National Fitness，developing physical-educational cause of ping-pong ball，improving system of ping-pong club，and SO on．This article provides related proposals and policies by questionnaire investigation，expert interview，engaging in field research，and SO forth，and through analysis about developmental conditions，in order to draw lessons from them for development of ping—pong club in Liaoning Province．These results manifest． First，most commercial ping-pong clubs of coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province achieve diversity，managing scale achieve medium·sized，managing place is reasonable， managing forms of clubs are membership systems． Second，most commercial ping—pong clubs of coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province makes beneficial result as first，manager believe that the further development will be good． Third，the composition of consumer’S gender and age of commercial ping—pong club of coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province has obvious difference，their consumed motive is a great diversity and reasons which restrict ping-pong consumer
