专业资料 word完美格式 论国际贸易中的支付方式选择及风险 摘 要 随着中国对外贸易的不断发展，经济全球化的不断深入，各国间经济的联系更加紧密，然而，不可忽视的是在进出口贸易的过程存在着一些风险，特别是国际贸易中的支付方式选择问题，给外贸企业带来比较严重的财务性和经营性风险，给国家间贸易带来了诸多障碍。 国际贸易传统的支付方式有三种，汇付（remittance）、托收（collection）、信用证（document letter of credit，简称“L/C”）。支付条款是合同的一个主要内容，不同的支付方式对于贸易双方而言，在贸易结算中的财务性风险以及经营性风险都是不同的。支付方式的正确选择有利于进出口双方在货款的收付方面得到足够的安全性保障，并且有利于进出口双方的资金周转，从而促进贸易的达成，使进出口双方趋向于共赢。本文采用比较的方法，研究了三种传统支付方式，并分析了每种支付方式存在的风险，以便给进出口企业提供合理化的建议，促进贸易的顺利达成，达到双赢的局面。 关键词：国际贸易；支付方式；风险；UCP600 The Research on International Trade Payment and Risk ABSTRACT With the continuous development of Chinas foreign trade, economic globalization and the deepening of economic ties between countries more closely, however, cannot be ignored in the process of import and export trade, there are some risks, especially in international trade Payment Options issue, foreign trade enterprises to bring more serious financial and operational risks, to bring a lot of inter-country trade barriers.
