东北大学博士学位论文 东北大学博士学位论文 摘要 流程工业制造执行系统及其应用研究 摘 要 本文对流程工业综合自动化系统发展状况进行了综述，概括了流程工业综合 自动化系统的体系结构，分析了流程工业制造执行系统发展状况，对流程工业制 造执行进行深入研究，提出了流程工业制造执行系统的体系结构，并应用于发电 生产过程和氧化铝生产过程，对发电过程和氧化铝生产过程制造执行系统进行较 深入研究。 结合流程工业特点和综合自动化结构，提出了流程工业制造执行系统的二维 体系结构，该结构从系统控制层次和计算机系统分级结构的角度来分析流程工业 制造执行系统的组成。并对其功能模型和信息模型进行了设计。 针对发电过程特点，提出了以经济运行为核心的发电生产过程制造执行系统 体系结构，深入探讨了火电厂经济运行系统，对经济运行系统进行详细设计。结 合电厂运行规程，提出了经济指标竞赛方法，并对发电过程进行了能损分析和煤 耗分析，从而提高机组运行经济性。研发的经济运行软件产品在实际中应用取得 了较好的效果。 提出了基于BPS／MES／PCS三层结构框架下的氧化铝综合自动化系统体系结 构，对氧化铝综合自动化系统的集成问题进行了深入研究，设计了氧化铝制造执 行系统，对氧化铝动态成本控制系统进行详细设计，提出了氧化铝成本控制方法， 通过建立氧化铝产品目标成本优化设定模型、目标成本分解模型、产品实际成本 预报模型、工序实际成本预报模型、成本设定补偿模型和成本控制器，形成多级、 分散、前馈、反馈成本控制系统。研发的氧化铝动态成本控制软件产品在氧化铝 厂应用，取得了较好的效果。 关键词：制造执行系统，综合自动化系统，流程工业，经营计划系统，过程控制 系统，体系结构，成本控制，氧化铝生产过程，经济运行 东北犬学博士学位论文 东北犬学博士学位论文 ABSTRACT Research on Manufacturing Execution System in Process Industry and its Application Abstract In this dissertation，the development status of Integrated Automation System in process industry is summarized．The architecture ofIntegrated Automation System in process industry is illustrated，and the development status of Manufacturing Execution System in process industry is analyzed and studied deeply．The architecture of Manufacturing Execution System in process system is presented and applied into generating electricity production process and alumina production process Manufacturing Execution System in generating electricity production process arid alumina production process are discussed in detail． Combined with the characteristics and the structure of process industry,the two—dimensional structure of Manufacturing Execution System in process industry is proposed．The structure describes the compositions of Manufacturing Execution System，in the point of view of the control levels of systems and the structure of computer systems．The function models and information models ofthe system have are designed． With regar
