上海郊区农民科学素质研究以南汇区为例 摘 要 农业、农村和农民问题的核心是农民问题。农民是上海社会主义新郊 区建设的主体，全面提高农民科学素质，造就有文化、懂技术、会经营的 新型农民是上海新郊区建设的必由之路，农民科学素质的高低决定新郊区 建设的速度。本文在对国内外关于科学素质的定义、内涵进行综合考察的 基础上，结合上海郊区的实际情况，对农民科学素质内涵作了界定。通过 对上海郊区农民科学素质的调查，了解 18-69 岁的成年农民对科学知识的 掌握程度、获得科技信息的主要渠道、对科学研究的了解程度、科学技术 对社会的影响的认识等情况，分析了存在的问题、特点和影响因素，提出 了提高上海郊区农民科学素质的对策和建议。 关键词 科学素质,农民,上海郊区,上海农民 RESEARCH ON THE SCIENTIFIC LITERACY OF THE FARMERS IN SHANGHAI SUBURBSTaking Nan Hui District for Example ABSTRACT The matter of farmers is the heart among the matters of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Because farmers are the principal force in the construction of the new socialist suburbs in Shanghai, it is the only way to improve the farmers’ scientific literacy and to cherish the new-type of farmers with the acquiring education and abilities in using technology and management of operation. It is the farmers’ scientific literacy that decides the speed of the construction of the new suburbs. On the basis of the comprehensive investigation on the definitions and connotation of scientific literacy at home and abroad, this paper defies the intension of farmers’ scientific literacy in the actual conditions in Shanghai suburbs. Through the investigation on the scientific literacy of the farmers at the age between 18 to 69 in Shanghai suburbs, which includes the questions that how much scientific knowledge they have, what the main channels are for them to gain the scientific information, how much they understand the scientific researches and the effects of science and technology on society, the article analyzes the present problems and features as well as the further influences, and put forward the solutions and suggestions on promoting the scientific literacy of the farmers in Shanghai suburbs.
