题名：中国资产评估行业发展分析——基于种群生态视角 Analysis on the Development of Asset evaluation industry in China Based on Synecology 摘 要 在我国产业结构转型、经济全球化的背景下，对资产评估行业的发展进行深入探讨分析有着重大的理论意义和实际参考价值，是促进评估行业不断发展提高，满足中国经济社会发展需要的前提条件。目前已有对资产评估行业的研究相对零散，系统完整性不足，定性分析较多，定量分析较少。本文的研究属于跨学科的交叉理论应用研究，以种群生态理论为基本研究框架，对应于种群特征、种群关系、种群与环境三个方面，分别从集中度、市场结构、分布情况等角度研究评估行业的基本特征，并就现阶段我国评估行业内部、外部、发展环境等方面进行简要分析，并通过强有力的最新量化证据给予支撑。 通过研究得出，我国评估行业无论是区域集中度还是市场集中度均出现逐渐增长的发展趋势，各地区评估机构特点与经济发展情况具有重大的相关性；行业内竞争激烈，行业间竞争有所缓解，合作共赢成为未来发展的新出发点；行业执业环境整体可观，资本市场需求潜力巨大，具有快速跨越式发展的外部条件；行业人才缺口成为重大隐患，严重制约了未来发展的步伐。总而言之，我国资产评估行业未来发展机遇与挑战并存，做大做强提升行业集中程度已是发展的必然趋势。 关键词：种群生态理论；资产评估；集中度；市场结构 I Abstract Analyzing on the development of the asset appraisal industry has great theoretical significance and practical value on the background of Chinese industrial restructuring and economic globalization. The study on asset evaluation industry is scattered and unsystematic. This thesis uses the synecology theory as a framework, which analyzes the basic characteristics of the asset evaluation industry in China from the perspective of concentration, market structure, distribution and so on. What#039;s more, it also introduces the internal competition, the situation of related industries and the external conditions for the development of asset appraisal with the latest quantitative evidences. Through this essay, we can draw some conclusions as following. At fast, both the regional and market concentrations of the assessment industry show a gradual growth trend, and the institutional characteristics in different areas has a significant correlation with the development of macroeconomic. Secondly, competitions in the industry become more intense, while relationships of inter-industry have eased with more cooperation.
