国有企业的人力资源管理的分析及改进策略
摘要:人力资源管理是企业发展动力的源泉,是企业可持续发展的根本保障。人力资源管理根据企业现状和未来,有计划、有目标地开展工作,对管理人员、企业员工提出了工作要求。企业需要通过加强企业文化建设和提高员工素质加强人力资源管理。在我国,经济体制正经历由计划经济向市场经济变革的过程,市场环境发生了巨大的变化,国有企业面临着十分严峻的考验。市场经济体制下,越来越多的企业开始意识到,人力资源已成为企业第一重要的资源,尤其在竞争日益激烈的今天,人才的竞争已列为首位。因此,无论在战略上还是在策略上,优秀的企业总是不断的强化自己的人力资源的力量,优化人才资源的结构,充分调动与发挥人力资源的潜能,支持与保证企业战略目标的实现。本文就国有企业人力资源战略管理这一问题谈一谈自己的认识。
