硕士学位论文研究和尝试，将在今后进一步提高国内医疗机构的服务质量，为今后的医疗 硕士学位论文 研究和尝试，将在今后进一步提高国内医疗机构的服务质量，为今后的医疗 管理系统集病案管理、临床决策支持、临床警报于一体奠定了基础，也将使 我国的医疗管理水平进一步向国外靠拢。 关键词专家系统；知识库；推理机；产生式规则 硕士学位论文STUDY 硕士学位论文 STUDY AND DEVELoPMENT oN CLlNlCAL ALERT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT Nowadays，it becomes common that lots of domestjc and forejgn hea】thcare orgnizations managing clinical information in standard computerized and networking way by Hospital Infomation System(HIS)．But for some abnormal conditions，for example adverse dmg evems(ADEs)， abnormality of critical lab VaIues，troditionaI HoSpitaI Inf．omation System can not inform interreIated cIinjcaI indiViduals automatically aIld timely．Clinical alen management system will make up the inadequancy．That means it monitoring the important procedure of clinical work，sending alen messages in good time in response to potential or existent unfavorable state，and providing suggesstions for clinical indiViduals to adj ust and a】te r． Applying the t}leroy and methods of Expert System，relying on the specific environment of Peking Union Medical College HoSpital(PUMCH)，a11d being guided by the foreign documents in mis field，tlle components(knowledge acquisition，alert logic，alert server，output contr01)and working principle have been analyzed．At the same time，detail explanations and design haVe been made on ttle structure of knowledge base，including selecting knowledge representation metllod，stmcture of tables in me knowledge base，and reasoning process，burSt mode，structure of reasonjng machjne．The author desjgned two scheme for the stmcture of reasoning machine：me structure of Client／Server and the structure of up to date stmcture of database application system—N layer．Knowledge base and reasoning machine are the main components of Expert System．In addition，some analysis and design have be％made on ttle output comroJ of clinicaI alert 硕士学位论文management 硕士学位论文 management system．Based on the condition of PUMCH，sending alert messages by E-Mail has been realized． The au
