The step goals for promote the integrated network of the State are: from 2010 to 2012 telecommunications services and broadcasting services interaction pilot should be carried out. From 2013 to 2015, summed up the experience and promote the pilot, the full integrated network developments should be realized, application integration business should be popularized, and the appropriate network of industry competition pattern should be established generally. Integrated network is a revolution. This revolution, on the one hand the traditional business model will be a new division and adjustment, on the other hand, it will promote the coordination and co-operation between traditional broadcasting operating system and telecommunications operating system ; Further more, in the third part, a new business cooperation model and copyright share model will be re-build between content providers and operators. As a conclusion, Integrated network will promote industrial upgrading.
