Results showed that application of NPK could improve the contents of vitamin C，soluble solids，soluble protein， soluble sugar and total yield as well. Potash application resulted in significant improvement on vitamin C， soluble solids. Significant effects of phosphate and nitrogen on soluble sugar and total tomato yield were also found. Combined applications of NPK fertilizers and organic manure incented the addition of soil enzyme activities. Manure with nitrogen improved the catalase activity significantly.
