The graduation thesis is the further study supplier development and management based Laird company.Firstly,introduction of situation and history in supplier development and management,and put forward the method and meaning study the task.Under the background, lead-in Porter competitive strategy,SWOT analysis methods,and advanced product quality plan and product parts approval procedure,systematically introduction of the flow and critical control points supplier development and management.As for supplier selection,adapt to SWOT methods and evaluate the supplier strength.weakness.opportunity.threaten,find the supplier competencies.From strategy to operation aspect,based analytic hierarchy process and quality management,work out the eight contents of supplier selection.During the new product introduction,regarding the different stage,adapt to risk management methods,design the supplier now product development system,and advance control characters.As for supplier performance management,we review the supplier PPAP(production part approval procedure) complete rate.corporation.maturity of supplier self management and good report submission. Work out supplier performance evaluation new project kick off. The studies above questions commonly domestic auto parts field,has the typical characters.To better study and solve them,not only take the role in Laird company,but also provide the new methods
