PAGE 农民收入构成的现状调查报告 ——以河北省邯郸市临漳县为例 调查人：李莹、王波、季云龙、米立超、魏亚惠、张丽娟、李宁、孙晓梦、巩金霞、王玉杰 调查时间：2012年7月9日—19日 调查地点：邯郸市临漳县砖寨营乡 调查对象：邯郸市临漳县砖寨营乡砖寨营村、张柳村、老张村、东风柳村的村民 调查方式：问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法 调查问卷统计结果： 本次调查共发放120份问卷，实际填写112份，106份为有效问卷。 摘 要 农民的收入状况和生活水平是我国全面建设小康社会道路上的首要问题。国家多次出台“三农”政策，近年来农民收入问题成为社会各界关注的焦点。为更好的了解当今平原地区农村农民收入来源及构成，反应农民生活现状，对邯郸砖寨营乡进行实地调查。结果显示农民收入构成同以前相比已经发成了变化，“靠地活”自给自足的农民生活已经在改革开放以来慢慢转变，大大增加了农民的收入，提高了农民的生活水平。农民外出务工的工资性收入增长很大，传统的农业种植和工资性收入成为农民收入的主要来源。同时依据地方特色发展的特色经济及个体经营也促进了农民收入的增加。但是，农民的收入构成仍存在着不足，暴露出结构不够合理、形式相对单一、整体收入仍不高、劳动力素质较低等一些亟待解决的问题。基于农民现实问题，在国家和农民的角度提出了一些合理化建议。矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖賃軔朧碍鳝绢懣硯涛镕頃赎巯驂雞虯从躜鞯烧论雛办罴噓剥淚軔琿閔馐虯圓绅锾潴苏琺锅苁。 关键词：农民 收入构成 问题及对策 Abstract Peasants income state and living standard is the comprehensive construction well-off society on the road the primary problem.
