Go on learning the usages of adverbial clauses of condition: 法制教育渗透点: If we ride at night, we should have lights on the bicycle or wear light-colored clothes. If we break the traffic rules, we will get a fine and even be in danger. 3. Learn more traffic rules, signs and warnings. B、情感目标:珍惜生命,遵守交通法律法规。 二、教学重难点 1. Go on learning the usages of adverbial clauses of condition: If we ride at night, we should have lights on the bicycle or wear light-colored clothes. If we break the traffic rules, we will get a fine and even be in danger. 2. Talk about traffic rules and signs. 三、教学过程设计 Step 1 Review 1. Talk about the advantages of cycling in Section A T: We’ve learnt lots of advantages in riding bicycles in Section A. Let’s review it. S1: It saves money and energy. It doesn’t cause air pollution. S2: … (教学设计意图:让学生思考片刻,随意抽查几名学生,说出骑自行车的好处,对说得又多又准的学生给予奖励。这样意在激发学生的学习欲望,有利于调动学生的学习积极性。) 2. Tell a bicycle accident Show some pictures of the traffic accidents and ask some students to tell a bicycle accident around them. Stage3 Pre-listening a) New words The teacher shows the new words to the students and ask them to master them. Guess the general idea of 1a Ask the Ss to look at the picture in 1a then guess the general idea of 1a. Stage4 While-listening a) let the Ss listen to 1a once and tick the questions they hear in part A of 1b. Then check the answers together. T:As we know, Whatever the pollution is, it is harmful to people’s health. Mrs. Zhou gets a pain in her chest because of the bad air.
