东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 中文摘要 近年来，随着中国保险市场的改革开放，专业保险代理公司从无到有得到了超 乎寻常的发展，专业保险代理市场开始在全国范围内形成。辽宁友仁保险代理有 限公司(简称企业)作为国家首批成立的专业保险代理公司，需要制订战略规划， 明确企业战略并进行实施。 本文在国内没有专业保险代理公司战略管理经验借鉴的情况下，首次运用战略 管理知识，在外部环境分析中，详细地分析了企业所处的政策、法律、经济和社 会文化环境，通过五种竞争力量模型剖析了企业所处的行业环境，并对未来市场 进行了展望，得出企业的机会与威胁。在内部环境分析中，详细分析了企业的有 形资源和无形资源，利用这些资源能形成的公司管理、信息管理、业务管理、市 场营销方面的核心能力，并通过价值链系统得出了企业的优势与劣势。通过SWOT 矩阵分析将内外部环境条件相互联系，做出更深入的分析评价，将企业的战略资 源配置到了企业战略关键要素上。在制订了企业愿景、使命和战略目标的基础上， 选择了发展战略和竞争战略，进行了详细的战略规划。作者组织人员对制订的战 略进行了实施，并详细描述了战略实施的过程，通过完善的控制体系进行了战略 控制，从而使企业在短时间内提高效率、抢占市场、赢得客户、全面发展，取得 了良好的业绩。 本文作者作为第一批成立保险代理公司的高级管理者，拟通过对国内外环境详 细分析，深入研究现代保险业发展规律，准确把握保险专业代理公司发展趋势， 大胆探索，深入实践，通过辽宁友仁保险代理有限公司战略管理的实践，对全国 保险代理公司实施战略管理具有借鉴意义。 关键词：专业保险代理公司、战略管理、保险业、保险中介 一Ⅱ一 查坐查堂翌主堂堡垒查 查坐查堂翌主堂堡垒查 垒里!!堡垒!! Abstract Over the recent years，with the opening pol icy of the Chinese insurance market，the professional insurance agency has got a marvelous development from a zero basis．1he market for professional insurance agencies has come into being within the country．Liao Ning Youren Insurance Agency，Ltd． (agency for abbreviation)is such a professional insurance agency which is within the first group of permission from the government，The agency needs enacting strategies for future development and carrios them out． Without any chances of learning from former experiences，this thesis， for the first time，applies the knowledge of strategic management to the practical running of the agency．The analysis of the environment i s from two angles—the external and the internal．From the external angle，the thesis discusses the policy，the legal，economic，social and cu]tural environment in which the agency exists：it also analyzes the environment within a professional range using five forces modal：prospects the future market and thus makes clear the opportunities and challenges of the agency． From the internal angle，it discusses the material resources and ilm
