XX大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：对行政事业单位固定资产管理的思考 摘 要 长期以来，我国行政事业单位的固定资产管理存在着许多问题，主要表现在：基础管理工作薄弱，家底不清，配置不公平，使用效率较低，闲置浪费现象比较普遍；处置随意，资产流失比较严重等，这些问题几乎涵盖了资产管理的各个环节。因此，必须尽快出台有效的管理办法加以规范。 本文针对行政事业单位固定资产的管理问题，在阐明行政事业单位固定资产的概念的基础上，结合行政事业单位固定资产的管理现状，进行原因分析，对行政事业单位固定资产的管理提出了一些建议，如：行政事业单位固定资产的管理应进行集中、统一的信息化管理；划分固定资产的管理责任，建立固定资产联络人；提高固定资产的管理水平和使用效率；树立国有资产的意识，提高单位人员的素质等。希望借助这些建议改善并促进行政事业单位固定资产的管理。 关键词：行政事业单位；固定资产；固定资产管理系统 Abstract For a long time, the Fixed Assets’ management in the Public institutions of the Administration in our country has a lot of problems, for example: The basis management is weak, the number of property is unclear for a long time; Allocation is unfair; The efficiency is low, the phenomenon of idle waste is common; Fixed Assets disposal is arbitrarily, loss of Fixed Assets is very serious and so on. These problems almost cover the Fixed Assets’ management in all aspects. Hence, effective management methods need to be produced as soon as possible. Based on Public institutions of the Administration and the management of Fixed Assets, First and foremost, it described the concept of Fixed Assets of administrative institutions. Then combination of administrative units of Fixed Assets management status, analyze the reasons. Finally, it makes some recommendations on Fixed Assets management in Public institutions of the Administration. Such as: Public institutions of the Administration and the management of Fixed Assets should be focused, unified information management; Devise the responsibility for the management of Fixed Assets ,and establish the contactors; Improve the management of Fixed Assets and the level of the efficiency; Foster the sense of state-owned assets and improve the quality of personnel in units, etc. In order to improve and promote the Fixed Assets’ management level of Public institutions of the Administration.
