河海大学 硕士学位论文 论“以青年为本”的共青团工作 姓名：童晓佳 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：马克思主义理论与思想政治教育 指导教师：孙其昂摘 摘 要 青年是整个社会最活跃的群体，是社会发展的重要推动力量。做 好青年工作对于我国的社会主义现代化建设、全面建设小康社会具有 重大现实意义。随着社会的变革和发展，青年具有更鲜明的时代特征。 从青年的特点出发，解决青年的需求、期盼和愿望，促进青年的全面 发展是由共青团的性质和宗旨决定的，也是做好共青团工作的必然要 求。因此，共青团组织必须总结共青团工作的历史经验，探索和创新 工作思路，在坚持教育青年、促进青年发展和努力为青年服务的基础 上转变工作理念，坚持“以青年为本”，了解青年的利益需要、发展 青年的综合素质、服务青年的根本利益。以青年为本关键是在“以青 年为本”理念指导下，共青团组织通过强化自身建设，成就青年自我 发展，竭诚服务青年，以促使共青团工作教育体系、发展体系、服务 体系的有机整合，从而构建完整的面向全体青年的“以青年为本”的 共青团工作体系，进一步推动共青团更好地服务于青年的成长成才。 关键词：共青团；以青年为本；服务青年；发展青年；教育青年 AbstractYouth Abstract Youth is the most active group of the whole society,who is the important force to push forward society．Doing well youth work is of momentous practical significance for the construction of socialist modemization and fairly well．off society in our country．With social change and progress does the youth have more distinctive characteristics of the times．Starting from the youth’S characteristics，meeting the youth’S demands and promoting the youth’S all—round development are not only the decision from the nature and aim of the CYL but also the inner logic of the CYL work．Therefore the CYL organizations must sum up the historical working experience and explore and bring forth new working thought．Furthermore，on the basis of keeping youth education，promoting vouth development and serving youth，the CYL must transform the working ideology into the thought of“youth—oriented’’which means to know well the youth’S needs，to advance the youth’S qualities and to serve the‰d釉ental benefits of the youth．The key to orienting youth is that with the guidance of the ideology of“youth-oriented”the CYL need to strengthen self-construction and achieve the youth’s all。round development and serve the youth wholeheartedly SO as to construct a wh01e“youth．oriented’working system by making the organic combination of its education system，development system and service system． Kev words：the CYL(communist youth league)；youth。oriented； serve youth；develop youth；ed
