l l AB AB STRACT Along with the globalization of economy and integration，a large number of transnational environmental infringement cases are increasing．the environmental infringement phenomenon as a kind of special infringing act gets the international community concemed．In transnational environmental infringement cases，the environmental infringement cases caused by Transnational Corporation al e growing rapidly．The environmental infringement appears with the development of economy correspondingly, particularly the environmental infringement caused by Transnational Corporation in the context of economic globalization has become a severe problem．Just along with the transnational infringement disputes become gradually increasing，the international society pay more attention to the application of law for the Transnational Corporation environmental infringing acts．In the traditional private international law,the principles of application of law for infiinging act include law of tort，law of forum， double principles of law of tort and law of forum and principles of personal law．The traditional principles the application of law have the drawbacks of stiffness，monotone and blindness，SO these traditional principles sometimes seem to be useless to the problem of new environmental infringing act of this modem society,which leads to new development in the infringing act theories correspondingly．The new developments in the principles of Ⅱ application application of law for infringing act include law of party autonomy of will， law of the most significant relationship and law of the benefit of victims．On the principles of application of law for the Transnational Corporation environmental infringement，we should not only consider the equity benefits of the party involved in the case，but also take care of the environmental benefits of the public，and even strive to realize ecosystem justice and substantial candor．China’s future legislation can be carried out：some connecting p
