According to the effect of six-weeks physical training on firefighters’ strength, speed, endurance and other exercise capacity, to test this study to try and explore whether can have a positive effect on the fire army physical training, whether it can form a set of suitable for firefighters of the scientific and effective training plan, and can provide some reference value for other fire army’s training. Subjects and Methods: Select 12 firefighters from Quzhou fire brigade Kecheng squadron as the research subjects, divided into the control group (CG) and the experimental group (EG), each group being composed of 6. CG using conventional physical training that mainly is repetition method and training is relatively single. EG using physical training that introduced with theories of sport training, the use of circuit, repetition, intermittent methods, appropriate training load and diverse training means. Select the body composition, blood, maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max), and the exercise capacity index before and after the training to horizontal and vertical comparison. Results: After six weeks training, 1) Body weight, lean body mass, muscle mass were increased in both groups, fat and body fat rate were increased in CG, while EG was decreased, but the difference was not significant. 2) Red blood cell, hemoglobin and hematocrit were increased in both groups, but the difference was not significant. 3) 8-meters rope climbing, standing long jump improved significantly (P0.05), increased by 1 minute sit-ups results are highly significant (P0.01) in EG. The CG of standing long jump and 1 minute sit-ups also have significant improved (P0.05), while 8-meters rope climbing was no significant difference. 4) 100 meters race results very significantly increased (P0.01), an increase of lactic aci
