⑨ ⑨ 硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS Abstract By the promotion of global economy development，the regionalism upsurge is going to be irresistible after the cold war．Not only the Europe integration but also the North American free—trade area is taking on the swift and violent development trend．Ofcourse， Asia will not make an exception．Especially,the appearance of“10+3”mechanism in East-Asia is a sign offormation about East—Asia regionalism． This dissertation include five main chapters．The first chapter is going to discuss the theory about regi【onalism：Firstly,making a clear definition about some important conceptions such鹤‘region”，“East—region’j‘regional quality’and‘regionalism”： secondly，pointing out the momentum ofregionalism rise consists oftwo leading aspects ——the need of realizing the country interests and collectivity rebound toward to exterior impulsion；thirdly,analyzing the conditions about regionalism rise includes three factorS一一tlle presence of center power involve in politics．economy and civilization or the common existence about some statuesque countries in the region,the similar merit viewpoint in these countries and doing some certain forecasts towards to the action each other；the strong desirability ofchanging the primary status quo． The second chapter is going to analyze the background ofthe regionalism rise in the East Asia after the cold war：in the first place，ASEAN and the NAFTA are excluding the other economic entity because of the intensification about regionalism degree which force the East Asia countries to feel tremendous mental tension and brings the collectivity rebound toward to exterior impulsion；in the second place，the two poles structure in Asia is replaced by the multi—polar situation，and the countries in possession of a good substance foundation are going to find regional cooperation consciously as soon as possible；in the third place，based on the hi曲speed economic development，the countries in East Asia are shaping the adaptable regional con
