摘要Abstract 摘要 Abstract Li20一A1203一Si02 glass-ceramics(LAg)as of important glass—ceramics has excellent such thermal expansion coefficient， transparence，tolerance for hi曲temperature impulsion etc．Therefore，it many attentions this paper,the influence of heat and composition StrUcture and propeaies of the LASB system glass-ceramics investigated DTA，XRD and SEM．And relationships among composition，heat-treatments，micro—structure and properties studied attain some results about reasonable composition and heat-treatments and high-performance glass—ceramic substrate． Firstly，the influence ofvarious treatment temperatures and properties ofthe glass-ceramics were investigated simultaneously．The results show that the transparency property of glass-ceramics Was enhanced with the increasing ofAl203 content．The results also show that the lower temperature of heat treatment lakes advantage form lj-quartz solid solution and I}-quartz solid solution is transformed into p-spodumene solid solution with the increasing ofthe heat Ireatment temperature．which lead decrease in the property oftransparency and increaSe in the thermal expansion coefficient． Secondly,the．Ⅲtinence ofheat treatment system the thermal expansion coefficient ofthe LASB system glass—ceramics was investigated．The better heat treatment system Was achieved by the analysis of experiment each factor of the heat treatment system．The better heat treatment system was nucleation temperature 670℃，nucleation time 90 rain；crystal temperature 760℃，crystal time 120 rain，The order ofimportance ofrelevant factors is：CIySl}a1 temperature nucleation timenucleation timecrystal time． In succession,the proper composition ofbase glass Was selected．The influence of changing of B203 based the proper composition and various heat temperatures and properties ofthe glass—ceramics wore investigated．The results show that the forming property of base glass Was enhanced with the increase of B203 the transparency property ofglass-ceramics becomes
