东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 保险代理公司作为中介机构，是保险市场的重要组成部分。在沈阳，保险代 理公司仅有3年的发展历史，还处于发展的初期，存在一系列的问题，这些问题 困扰着沈阳市保险市场的发展。总结并深入分析这些问题，找出解决这些问题的 办法，就成为本文的主线。 本文对沈阳市的保险代理公司进行了全面的分析研究，以期为沈阳市建立和 完善保险代理制度提供可操作性的建议。 全文由血部分构成，第一部分对保险市场和保险代理制度做一简要介绍，为 全文奠定理论基础。 第二部分，详细分析沈阳市的保险代理公司当前存在的问题，并深入探讨了 产生这些问题的原因。 第三部分，比较分析了美国、英国、R本等3个主要发达国家的保险代理制 度，旨在为建立和完善沈阳市保险代理制度提供町借鉴的经验。 第四部分，对比说明大力发展保险代理公司是沈阳市保险市场未来发展的必 然趋势。 第扛部分是本文的莺点，笔者在前文分析比较的基础上，对沈阳市的保险代 理公刮的发展提出建设性的意见和设想。 关键词：保险保险代理发展研究 东北走学硕士学位论文 东北走学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT As the middle organization，it is the important component part of insurance market that the insurance agency company．But it is in a beginning condition because of only three years development in Shenyang，so there is a series of problem with it，which hindered the development of Shenyang’s insurance market．It is the article’s main purpose that discovered and analyzed these problems，but it’s more important that sought the method of resolved these problems， The article bases on the analysis of Sheyang’S insurance agency company account the overall situation and suggest that how does Shenyang establish perfect the insurance agency system． It is composed of five chapters．The first chapter is the basic theory for the brief introduction of insurance market and insurance agency system． The second chapter analyses thoroughly the present situation and issue of Shenyan91s agency company and researches the cause of it． The third chapter uses their experience for reference with compared the developed country’S insurance agency system，such as the United States，the England and the Japan The foal‘th chapter points out that the development of the insurance agency company is the inexorable trend of the Shenyang’S insurance market with comparison． The fifth chapter is the emphasis The author makes a summary and his constructive suggestions on the development of Shenyang’s insurance agency company． Keyword：insurance the insurance agent the research on development 东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 前言 ．jL-—‘
