111111111 PAGE 摘 要 为了准确高效的进行电容器试验，该系统由PLC进行数据高速处理且采用组态王进行电压、电流等的信息实时监控。本设备有电压、电流传感器各两个，负责采集电压、电流；采用YJK-1无励磁分接开关调节可调电抗器的档位，采用高压电容电桥测量介损值和电容值等，采用局放仪测取放电量。 在电脑界面中，设定耐压值，然后点击开始试验，设置无励磁开关--响铃—启动—电感将最小—升小电压200V左右—电感增加，再点击开始耐压，则出现调谐画面，选择是否保存电感升得时间，再次点击开始耐压按钮，开始升压—耐压，然后自动降压停止。若同一型号的产品再作此试验，则可以选择试品编号，重复试验，开始试验，--响铃—启动，点击开始耐压，手动调谐，再开始如上。耐压结束后选择是否合格，保存数据。 电容对地耐压试验，选择试品编号，设定耐压值，开始试验，试验结束后选择试验是否合格，保存数据。 电容局放试验（不用在面板上设定耐压时间），设定各种红色字体的要求值，选择试品编号，开始试验，试验结束后选择是否合格，保存数据。 电容介损试验，设定额定电压值，选择试品编号，开始试验，结束试验后，保存数据。可重复试验（不用从电感0开始了）。 电容对地局放试验，选择试品编号，开始试验，保存数据，结束试验。 电抗器对地耐压试验，设定耐压值，选择试品编号，开始试验，结束试验后，保存数据。 打印报表，选择要导入的数据，查询全部( 或条件查询)，选择要导出的数据的行，导出数据，打印试验报告，选择打印预览，调整一下页边距，打印报表即可。 关键词：电力电容器 可编程控制器 人机界面 组态王 111111111 Abstract In order to test capacitor accurately and efficiently, this device by the PLC high-speed data processing and configuration king such as voltage, current real-time monitoring.
