AbstractThe Abstract The property management industry is a flourishing industry with a hi醣potential for development．It is also a newly-emerged industry,thus having many problems．With the intensification of the competition in property industry,property management enterprises must enhance the competitive competence,particularly cadre competitive competence． On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of property management enterprises in our country,this paper establishes a system of the gore competence of property management enterprises and explores the relationships between the constituents． There are many problems existing in property management enterprises．They ale small in size；they lack experience and sense of honesty；their concept of service is backward； their stuffare not so competent；they are not SO marketalized and most ofthem are weak in eompetetion．The cultivation of core competence is the key to the resolution of the above problems．The core competence of property management enterprises is composed of management ability,service ability,creativity and the ability to integrate resourses． management ability and service ability are the direct representation of the core competence of property management enterprises；creativity and the ability to integrate 煳u糟es are in the middle of the core competence，they arc the basis of management ability and service ability；creativity is the kernel of the core competence．Finally,this paper proposes Some effective ways to cultivate the enre competence of property management enterprises．The first one is to cultivate a unique culture in an enterprise． The second one is to highlight brand constrution，The tllird is to reinforce the management of labor force．The fourth is to promote an enterprise’S creativity．The last one is to establish academic groups． Key words：property management enterprises；oore competence；constituents；cultivate Ⅱ ⑧ ⑧ 硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS 华中师范大学学位论文原创性声明和使用授权说明 原创性声明 本人郑重声明：所呈交的学位论文，是本人在导师指导下，独立进
