摘 要 十月革命胜利后，以列宁为领导核心的苏维埃政权建立了世界上第一个社会 主义国家，开创了首个实行社会主义经济制度的国家，经历了从战时共产主义政 策到新经济政策的一系列经济改革。总结和分析苏俄这一时期的经济改革思想， 对于总结列宁的经济改革思想具有重要的理论意义，对我国的社会主义建设具有 重要的借鉴意义。本文分为四个章节进行论述：第一，对俄国从战时共产主义到 新经济政策这一时期的经济改革辩证法思想进行梳理。第二，在马克思主义理论 基础之上对列宁经济改革思想进行论述。第三，归纳总结列宁经济改革辩证法内 容。第四，深入探讨列宁经济改革辩证法特征：生产力和生产关系；革命与改良； 社会主义与资本主义；计划经济与市场经济的辩证统一。第五，列宁经济改革思 想对我国建设社会主义的启示：我们要遵循国情，坚持实践与马克思主义相结合， 发展社会主义经济必须建立在坚持辩证法基础之上。 关键词：列宁；战略退却；辩证法；经济 I Abstract After the victory of the October Revolution, The Soviet Union began the task of socialist economic construction. Inaugurates the fist socialist economic construction country experienced the period of series economic reform form policy of war communism to the new economic policy．summary and analysis the period of economic thought in Soviet Union．It have significance impact for China current reform. This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss Lenin’s economic reform ideas. Fist, to sort out the dialectical of Russia from War communism to the new economic policy during this period of economic reform.
