ON CARING FoR TEACHERS’LIFE
Abstract
Based on the full absorption of the relevant scientific achievements in philosophy、 sociology,ethics and organization management and so on,the thesis carries on the
comprehensive study and analysis to the current situation of teachers’life,and also
proposes some practical strategies in order to help the teachers get rid of the predicament of life and promote their life quality.The thesis is consisted of the
following parts:
Part one mainly expounds the thesis’origination、current situation、the thoughts and the significance.After the comprehensive study,we can find that caring for the teachers’life is the original meaning of the education care,at the sanle time,for the
sake of ignorance of caring for teachers’life in the actual education,the study is of great importance.Not only that,through the comprehensive survey to the relative research,we also can find that they not only offer the stability theory support for the study,but also propose the necessity to deepen research furthermore.
In part two,taking the life philosophy as a foundation firstly,the thesis makes a
solid theory foundation for the following parts by discussing the basic connotation of the life and the teachers’life.
In part three,the thesis points out the importance by presenting the value of the teachers’life firstly.and then points out the necessity of caring for teachers’life through analyzing the predicament of the teachers’life from three aspects:physical and mental health、educational life and interpersonal communication.
Part four expounds the basic meaning of care firstly by emulating the presentation of Noddings and Tillich.Then based on these theories an.d the analysis of the predicament of the teachers’life,the thesis proposes some practical strategies in
order to solve the predicament.
In the last part,the thesis constructs a preliminary system of caring for teachers’ life and putS forward some relevant subjects to be further
