内容提要 内容提要 r 5029，c 本学位论文以数字网络技术与人的全面发展为主题，力求全面、系统地阐述 数字网络技术、人的全面发展的内涵及意义，在此基础上探讨二者之间的辩证关 系，着重阐明数字网络技术在人的全面发展中的地位及作用。 本论文从信息时代的新背景出发，在考察了数字网络技术的含义、特征、意 义和人的全面发展的内涵、基础和实现途径的之后，对数字网络技术给人的全面 发展带来的积极作用进行多方位、多角度的分析，指出数字网络技术不仅有利于 人们的物质生活的全面富裕、精神生活的极大丰富、政治民主化进程的充分发展， 而且有利于人们自身素质的全面提高以及人的需要和社会关系的全面发展。接着 本文深入地剖析了数字网络技术给人的全面发展带来的诸多负面影响。在理解数 字网络技术与人的全面发展的辩证关系的基础上，本文探讨了新的形势下如何促 进人的全面发展，如何规避数字网络技术所带来的负面影响，并在正视现实、吸 取经验和教训的基础上，相应提出了一些对策性的思路。 本论文采用理论与实践相结合、宏观研究与微观剖析相结合、一般论证与典 型例证相结合的研究方法。 关键词：数字网茹《集 人的全面发展 文 SynopsisThis Synopsis This thesis aims expound the and the significance ofthe digit network and the all-round development of man comprehensively and systematically,discuss the dialectal relationship between them，analyze the position and function of the digit network technology in the all-sided development of man mainly,with the main theme of the digit network technology and the all-sided development ofa human being． From the new background ofthe information era，having investigated into the the character and the significance of the digit network technology and the contents，the foundation and the ways of realization of the all-sided development of man，the artical analyzes the position and the positive function of the digit network technology in the all·sided human development all sides，．In addition，it points that the digit internet technology is only benefical the rich material life，the abundant spirit life and the democratic politic steps．but also helpful basic quailty,social relation ana the desire of mail of the all—sided human development．Then，the thesis analyzes the side effects which the digit network technology brings the all—sided human development profoundly．On the basis of understanding the dialectal relationship between them，the thesis dicusses how promote the all-round development of man，how avoid the negative influence what the digit network technology brings and puts forward some countermeasures in this matter by drawing many experience and lessons． The paper adopt
