• 规定购买俄州大学生健康险，自动加入到综合险计划中
Required to purchase Ohio State Student Health Insurance
and are automatically enrolled in the Comprehensive Plan
• 承保医疗，药方，牙医和眼科 Medical, prescription,
dental and vision coverage
• 学生注册课时会产生保险费用 Charged when student
registers for classes
• 保险从2016年8月16日开始生效 Coverage begins on
Wednesday, August 16, 2016

• 在俄州大保险开始生效 （8月16日）之前，学生应自己购买相
应保险。 Personal/family insurance must cover student’s
travels and student’s time in the U.S. prior to the start of Ohio
State health insurance coverage (August 16)
• 在综合险计划下也可以购买过渡险 May purchase interim
insurance under the Comprehensive Plan
• 提供多达四周的额外保险 Provides up to four weeks of
extended coverage
