After the use of the software in practice, the accuracy rate of materials preparation has increased. The preparation time has become shorter. The frequency of nurses going back for additional materials has decreased. The amount of medical consumables has been reduced. The nurses satisfaction has significantly increased (P0.05). The satisfaction rate of the doctors has significantly improved (P0.05). In conclusion, the managing software is evidently proven to be able to improve the accuracy rate of preoperative preparation, to shorten the preparation time, to reduce medical consumables, and to increase satisfaction of doctors and nurses.
