特别策划·质量指标管理 Special Planning 应用PUSH评分实施压疮管理的实践 宋瑰琦 秦玉荣 刘曼曼 程圣莉 秦寒枝 [ 摘 要] 目的：介绍 PUSH评分在压疮过程管理中的应用方法。方法：2015年 7月至 2016 年 4月期间，在我院住院的455 例（567处）II-IV 期压疮患者，均采用 PUSH量表评价压疮的动态变化（首次评价、常规每周一次、末次评价，若有换药或伤 口变化时则随时评价）并记录，观察各期压疮首次和末次PUSH分值的变化以及患者 的转归。结果：压疮首次PUSH评分是（8.37±3.14) 分，末次评分是（7.22±3.99) 分， 两者之间有统计学差异（P0.01）；其中II、III期压疮及院外带入压疮治疗护理前后 首次、末次PUSH评分有统计学差异（P0.01），而 IV期压疮和院内发生压疮治疗前 后首末次PUSH评分无统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：我院压疮护理总体有效；PUSH 评分工具简便可行，能较为客观和量化地评价压疮愈合过程，体现压疮管理效果。 [ 关键词 ] 压疮愈合评价量表；压疮；伤口愈合；护理 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.07.002 A study to evaluate the role of the Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing in Pressure Ulcer treatment / SONG Guiqi, QIN Yurong, LIU Manman, CHENG Shengli, QIN Hanzhi // Nursing department, Anhui Provincial Hospital, Hefei, 230001 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(7): 869-872 [Abstract] Objective: To determine the effect of the Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing (PUSH) on evaluating pressure ulcer treatment. Conclusion: Pressure ulcer care overall effective in our hospital. Considering its easy availability, the PUSH can be used to track the healing progress of pressure ulcers.
