特别策划·静脉治疗管理 Special Planning 全国147家三级甲等医院PICC应用 现状调查 李欣 [摘 要]  目的：调查三级甲等医院PICC应用现状。方法：采用中华护理学会 静脉治疗护理专业委员会设计的“全国三级甲等医院静脉治疗护理现状调查问卷”， 于2013年3-5月便利抽取全国27个省份147家三级甲等医院进行问卷调查。结果： ①146家（99.3%）三级甲等医院已经开展了PICC技术，分别有90家（61.2%）、101 家（68.7%）开展了塞丁格技术和超声引导下PICC穿刺技术；89家（60.5%）医院 成立了PICC门诊；②大多数医院目前使用的是进口（94.6%）、三向瓣膜（85.7%）、 硅胶材质（72.8%）的导管；③104家（70.7%）医院在PICC穿刺时消毒范围以穿 刺点为中心直径≥20cm；④20.4%的医院并没有规定在经PICC输注药物前通过回 抽血液确定导管在静脉内；⑤透明敷料、纱布敷料在147家医院广泛应用。结论： PICC置管患者的延续护理需求有待满足，感染控制有待进一步加强，操作技术有待 进一步规范。同时，建议探索不同种类PICC导管之间的差异，不同敷料的使用效果，以促进我国静脉治疗专科的 健康发展。       [关键词]  经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管；塞丁格；超声引导；感染控制；维护；护理管理              [中图分类号]  R47  [DOI]  10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.06.003 The current status of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter application among 147 tertiary Grade A hospitals in China / LI Xin // Surgical Department, Beijing Hospital, 100730 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(6): 729-732 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the current status of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) application among 147 tertiary Grade A hospitals in China. Methods: Totally 147 hospitals in 27 provinces (cities) were investigated from March to May, 2013 by a questionnaire designed by Chinese Nursing Society Intravenous Treatment Nursing Specialized Committee. Results: Among 147 hospitals, 146 (99.3%) have applied the technology of PICC. Ninety hospitals have applied the technology of Seldinger, and 101 hospitals have applied the technology of ultrasonic-guided Seldinger, accouting for 61.2% and 68.7%, respectively.
