摘 摘 要 扫描是“行业卷烟生产经营管理系统”的一个十分重要的环节，它的存在为实现对 行业卷烟生产经营的全面、及时、准确的监控管理，实现行业生产经营、决策指挥的科 学性、即时性以及实现行业卷烟生产经营数据日报；按照现有的管理模式，实现汇总、 查询、分析、评价、考核、预警、辅助决策等功能有着举足轻重的作用。在此来研究扫 描的集中式控制管理对于整个系统的实施而言有着深刻的现实意义。 集中式控制管理既不同于传统意义的分散式管理模式也不同于单纯概念上的集中。 集中式控制管理是根据网络布局的原则和逻辑部署结构形成的多层次和多种架构的管 理模式，从数据管理和网络分布等方面对扫描进行集中控制。其中集中式管理的网络布 局，包括有线网络布局和无线网络布局：它的设备注册，包括烟厂注册、单据PC和扫 描PC的注册、出货口注册、票据注册等等；集中式管理的设备状态管理，包括设备管 理和运行管理，运行管理还包括控制管理和数据管理；集中式管理的数据传输机制。包 括串口传输机制和无线传输机制。 运用集中式控制管理可以解决网络布局问题，能够建立新的网络布局架构，满足烟 厂出库和管理的需求；大大改善了数据管理的问题，提出单据录入的概念；完善了传输 机制问题，解决集中控制管理下的数据传输问题；解决了运行管理问题，管理设备的运 行状态得到了提高。它极大的改进了扫描的流程和部署结构，解决了扫描在部署和控制 过程中的问题。 关键词： 扫描；集中式：控制；管理；数据；传输 AbstractScan Abstract Scan is a very important tache in”the system of cigarette production and management”． its existence is to make the overall，prompt．accurate controI of the trade cigarette production and management，so as to improve the scientific and instant degree for them，providing the data daily report of cigarette production and management at the same time；According to the existing management model，some important functions，such as gathering，inquiring， analyzins，apprmsmg，examining，prewarnmg and decision‘making arc also carried out．To study the centralized control manngement of scanning here has a deep realistic memfing as to whole system． Concentrate control management is di船rent抒om traditional scattering type of management mode，and is difirerent from concentration of simple concept too．Concentrate type on is it is it dispose multi．1evel and many kinds of management mode of framework that structure fornl accordins to network principle and Iogic of overall arrangement to manage to contr01．such the respect．to scanning centralized controls as distributed from data management and network．The centralized type management network overall arrangement among them．including wired network overall arrangement and wireless network overall arrangement：Equipment of it register,including cigarette factory registration，document PC scan registration of PC，appear goo
