强化护理干预在提高消化性溃疡患者护理质量及满意度的作用 李燕刘红菊（通讯 ） （江苏省徐州市肿瘤医院 江苏 徐州221000） 冃的探讨分析对消化性胃溃疡患者实施强化护理的护理质量以及 护理满意度。方法回顾性分析我院于2012年1月至2013年8月收治的50例 消化性胃溃疡患者的病例资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组和观察组各 25例，对照组25例胃溃疡患者采取常规护理，观察组25例胃溃疡患者采取 强化护理干预，通过对消化性胃溃疡患者进行胃镜检查，观察对照组和观察组消 化性胃溃疡患者症状的愈合情况，并比较对照组和观察组的护理质量以及护理 满意度。结果观察组消化性胃溃疡患者经过强化护理干预之后，患者治疗总有 效率远远高于对 照组，观察组的护理质量远远高于对照组，同时观察组的护理 满意度远远优于对照组的护理满意度。对照组和观察组进行比较，Plt;0.05,有 统计学意义。结论对消化性胃溃疡患者实施强化护理干预不仅仅对消化性胃溃 疡患者的症状有所缓解，同时其护理效果上十分显著，护理满意度也是相当高 的，护理过程无不良反应，有着一定的可行性和安全性。 关键词 强化护理干预；消化性胃溃疡；护理质量；护理满意度 R573 文献标号 A 2096-0867 （2015） 03-0241-02 The tumor hospital of Jiangsu provinee Xuzhou City Liyan zhangguohong Abstract: Objectives: To investigate the analysis of peptic ulcer patients implementation of the enhanced quality of nursing care and nursing satisfaction.
