探讨中药结核丸治疗老年初治涂阳肺结核患者的临床疗效 黑龙江省北安监狱医院药剂科黑龙江北安市164098 目的研究分析中药结核丸治疗老年初治涂阳肺结核患者的临床效果 观察。方法此次研究的对象是选择2011年1月?2013年12月老年初治涂阳患 者90例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为加服药组和对照组，加服 药组采用9HER化疗加服中药结核丸，对照组采用2HRZE/4HR化疗方案进行化疗。 结果治疗2个月、5个月、疗程末痰菌阴转率，病灶吸收，肝肾功能及副作用 发生情况，加服中药结核丸组都明显好于对照组(Plt;0.05)o结论 加服中药结 核丸对治疗老年初治涂阳肺结核患者具有良好的辅助治疗作用，对肝肾有一定的 保护作用且减少了化疗产生的副作用。 关键词 中药结核丸；老年初治涂阳肺结核；痰菌阴转率；病灶吸收 Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatme nt of elderly patie nts with smear positive pulm on ary tuberculosis.Method the study object is to choose a January 2011 to early December 2013 elderly treatment smear positive patients 90 cases, the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed and were divided into plus medication group and control group, plus medication group uses the 9HER chemotherapy plus service of traditional Chinese medicine tuberculosis pill and the control group used 2hrze / 4hr chemotherapy. Results 2 mon ths, mon ths, 5 mon ths, the sputum negative con versi on rate, focus absorption, liver and renal function and side effects of the occurrence of the disease, and the Chinese medicine group were significantly better than the control group(Plt;0.05).Conclusion the addition of traditional Chinese medicine pill for treatment of elderly patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with good auxiliary treatment effect, the liver and kidney have a certain protective effect and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
