i i 摘 要 当前，在快速城市化与新农村建设背景下，作为村镇微观主体之一的农户， 其空间行为发生了前所未有的变化，引发了各种空间问题和矛盾。特别是农户的 居住空间行为变化直接影响了乡村空间秩序的变化。我们知道，以人口流动和产 业聚集为主要特征的城市化过程实际上是城市化行为主体空间选择的结果，只有 把握了村镇微观主体（即城市化行为主体）空间行为及其演变规律，才能更好地 理解城市化的内涵、挖掘城市化的规律，才能从城市化行为主体空间行为选择上 进一步探寻城市化的发展道路。也只有这样，才可以保证村镇空间公共政策的正 确性，新农村建设指导方针的科学性。 基于此，本文首先分析快速城市化对农户居住空间 变化的影响，继而梳理农 户居住空间行为演变的基础理论与过程模型，然后从压力和引力两个层面探讨了 农户居住空间行为演变的动力机制，最后从土地利用层面、公共政策层面和村镇 规划层面提出合理引导农户居住空间行为演变的具体措施。 这不仅对优化乡村人 居环境、重构乡村聚落空间、调整村镇布局以及引导农户空间行为等具有 重要的 意义，还可以进一步完善城市化发展与新农村建设的基础理论。 关键词：快速城市化；农户居住空间行为；动力机制 ii ii ABSTRACT Current ly, in rapidly urbanization development, as the microscopic main body of villages and towns, farmers’ spatial behavior produced hitherto unknown changes under the background of new rural construction of villages and towns. And it has risen various problems and contradictions about space. Especially, the changes of farmer’s residential space behavior have a direct impact on changes of rural spatial order. As we know, the population flow and industrial agglomeration are the main features of the urbanization. And actually, the process of urbanization is resulted in the space choice of behavior subject. Only by grasping the space behavior of rural microcosmic main body (i.e. the behavior subject in urbanization) and the regularity of it, we can better understand the connotation of urbanization, and find out the law of urbanization quickly. And then we can explore the best way of urbanization development by analyzing the space choice of behavior subject. Only in this way, we can guarantee the correction of public policy on village’s space, and ensure that the guideline of new rural construction is of scientific validity.
