上海海洋大学硕士学位论文 上海海洋大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 从山茶靛牛肝菌子实体醇提物对 wpmy（人正常前列腺基质永生化细胞）以及 LO2（人正常肝细胞）的试验可以看出，山茶靛牛肝菌子实体具有抗肿瘤的能力但 对正常的 wpmy、LO2 细胞没有毒害作用。 3． 牛肝菌活性部分化合物的分离、纯化 本章重点对有活性的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇分部进行化合物的分 离和纯化，主要采用氯仿-甲醇，石油醚-丙酮溶剂系统进行梯度洗脱，硅胶柱、 Sephadex LH-20柱层析，反相柱层析、制备薄层层析等方法分离，薄层层析检测， 共得到7个化合物。 4． 化合物结构鉴定及活性试验 将得到的化合物进行结构测定，1H（400MHZ）和13C（100MHZ）NMR 谱用 Bruker DRX-400型超导核磁共振仪测定，测定的结果进行分析，确定化合物的名 称及结构，其化合物分别为：烟酸、腺苷、琥珀酸、麦角甾醇、脑苷脂 B、甘露醇、 2，3-吡啶二羧酸。 得到的化合物进行体外细胞抗肿瘤试验，确定其是否具有抗肿瘤活性。 关键词：牛肝菌；鉴定；小分子化合物；体外抗肿瘤活性 II BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF SHAN-CHADIAN ABSTRACT Boletus class is Boletaceae and Songta Boletaceae other fungi collectively, wild edible mushrooms and class , which in addition to a few varieties of toxic or bitter and inedible , but most varieties are edible，The current study found porcini with high quality protein, potassium , high in vitamin B2, low fat, low calorie, low sodium nutritional characteristics , to improve the bodys protein, vitamin B2 nutritional status, high cholesterol and obesity prevention with good health effect. Current research on porcini , mostly focused on studying how domestication and nutrients direction , but rarely the extraction of porcini and anti-tumor activity of polysaccharides , research and other aspects of the report .
