Methods From July 2014 to September 2015， 212 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group by a random number table.Regular treatments including reducing intracranial pressure, lipid-lowering, fibrinolysis, and calciumion antagonist were both provided in the two groups.On the basis of the regular treatment, clopidogrel was added in the control group, while in the observation group、 on the basis of the regular treatment, clopidogrel combining with edaravone was adopted.The therapeutic effect was compared and neurologic impairment before and after treatment in the two groups was evaluated and compared by national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS)?
