泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因分析及预防措施 单勇 长宁县人民医院 四川宜宾644300 摘要：目的：分析泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症发牛的原因及预防措施。方法： 选择我院收治的187例行腹腔镜手术治疗的泌尿外科疾病患者为研究对象，回顾 性分析患者术后并发症的发生率、发生类型，并分析并发症原因，探讨预防措施。 结果：木组187例患者术后出现并发症者27例，并发症的发生率为14.44% (27/187)o各并发症的类型及比例为:皮下气肿7例(25.93%),切口感染6例 (22.22%),腹膜损伤6例(22.22%),胸膜损伤4例(14.81%),血管损伤2例 (7.41%),高碳酸血症1例(3.70%),肾动脉损伤1例(3.70%)。结论：腹腔镜 自身缺陷、手术操作技术、医师经验水平、气腹建立、组织解剖关系等均是导致 泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症发牛的重要原因，通过各类并发症原因的深入分析, 并在此基础上探讨针对性的预防措施是降低术后并发症的发牛率、提高手术效果 的关键。 关键词：泌尿外科；腹腔镜手术；并发症；原因；预防 Abstract： objective： to analyses the reason of urology laparoscopic surgery complications and preventive measures.Methods： our hospital 187 urology disease patients underwent laparoscopic surgery were as the research object, after surgery, the incidenee of complications in patients with type, were analyzed retrospectively, and the cause of complications and preventive measures were discussed.Results： 187 cases of patients with postoperative complications was 27 cases, the incidence of complications was 14.44% (27/187) .Each type and ratio of complications： subcutaneous emphysema was 7 cases (25.93%), infection of incision was 6 cases (22.22%), perit on eal in jury was 6 cases (22.22%), pleural damage was 4 cases (14.81%), vascular injury was 2 cases (7.41%), hypercapnia was 1 case (3.70%), renal artery injury was 1 case (3.70%) .Conclusion： laparoscopic self-defects, operati on tech no logy, physicia ns experience level, pn eumoperit on eum, tissue an atomy relationship and so on are the importa nt cause leadi ng to the urology laparoscopic surgery complications, through in-depth analysis of the cause of all kinds of complications, and on this basis to discuss the preventive measure is to reduce the incidenee of postoperative complications, the key to improve the effect of surgery ?
