A Abstract 江苏科技大学硕士学位论文 江苏科技大学硕士学位论文 III III Abstract With long life time and easy to forest, mulberry has a strong vitality and adaptability, not only can green the environment, fix wind and sand, conserve the water, purify the air, but also receive a good ecological effects and a higher economic benefits. By research of physiology and proteomics in softwood and hardwood cuttings during adventitious root formation of mulberry, to provide theoretical support for innovation of fast breeding technology in mulberry, can promote the preservation of fine local mulberry varieties and improve the quality and yield of mulberry, which has important significance. In this study, patented technologies is used to carry out cutting propagation test of mulberry, including of the base、upper cortex and leaves of the softwood cuttings and base、 upper cortex of hardwood cuttings in mulberry. The mechanism of softwood and hardwood cutting rooting has been discussed in a more systematic way with comparing the related physiological and biochemical indicators during adventitious root formation of mulberry; We have completed the optimization of extraction methods about differentially expressed proteins during rooting development, for the first time to get a clearer SDSand 2-DE protein profiles, with a view to provide theoretical basis for further improvement of cutting propagation technologies of mulberry.
