AbstractIn Abstract In order to disclose the biological feature of the quality and production of mulberry trees．this experiment in the exuberant growing se．ason of mulberry by using of all sorts of plant growing and regulaling medicinal probes Into the adjusting fimction and its mechanism due to plant growing material that Influences mulberry growth and its quality． nle regulaling experiment on leaves at the same position and height explains that the promoter that handles NO．32 mulberry with a volume of 200mg／L makes the content of soluble protein in leaves keep a little high level at the first 17 days．and the Otller kinds of d13 pose is obviously Iower than tllat．Meanwhile the content of f缸of handled NO．32 mulberry leaves in the early days is improved a Iot．but the content of soluble carbohydrate is at the same level．ne content of the soluble carbohydrate in mulberry leaves which iS processed by the inhibiter with the same volume of 200mg／L in the late days iS obviously higher than that in ether kinds of bandled mulberry leaves．In the early clays the inhibitor reduces the content of soluble protein．Afler analysing the content of harmone，It shOWS that：the promoter makes the content of GA3 and IAA improved gradually，at the same line It keeps the ratio of LAA to ABA at a little high levelin tae late days，and keeps the content of Z and ZR at a low level． However the inhibitor keeps the content of ABA in the early Days at a relatively high level，the ratio of IAA to ABA at a slightly lOW level，and clew to the inhibitor；the content of GA3 and Z and ZR iS lOW in the early days and high in the late days． The production experiment indicates that the promoter improves the production of mulberry leaves and makes．Branches of mulberry trees turn longer．On the contrary．the inhibitor suppresses the links ofbranches to be come longer,however there iS no obvious change of mulberry production on account of the inhibitor． The adjusting experiment on the quality of leaves at di
