II II Abstract Proceeding from the interests of the European people, the traditional European scientific outlook insists that mankind should have only one kind of scientific theory —— the European scientific theory which featured Euro-Centralism in science, scientific universality and weak objectivity. The traditional European scientific outlook also considers that all the great achievements Europeans have made in science are owing to their superiority to non- people in moral quality and culture, which actually leads to the fact that Europeans always tend to judge whether there’s science in other nations according to European standards. Thus the “Euro-Centralism” came into being. Sandra Harding holds a very sharp and critical attitude toward the traditional European scientific outlook. Their main divergences are: Is science centralized or localized? Is science unified or diversified? Is science characterized by weak objectivity or strong objectivity? Sandra-Harding studies the development of scientific history from a brand new angle, and puts forward an opposite viewpoint, i.e. science is marginal, localized and featured strong objectivity. This paper studies the main thoughts of Sandra Harding’s scientific outlook and then gives some brief comments on them. The main thoughts of Sandra Harding’s scientific outlook have been researched from a multi-cultural point of view. She criticized all kinds of colonialism ， “Euro-Centralism”，and restudied the internalism epistemology and has formed her own categories which laid a sound base for a new theoretical system and its research principles. This paper tends to review the contributions and the limitations of Sandra Harding’s scientific outlook in the history of human thoughts after analyzing her main relative thoughts in this field.
