College years are usually regarded as a critical period during which the students are experiencing a tough period of conflicts and choices of views on life, the world and values which are gradually developed and consolidated. This appears to be a vulnerable period for the young generation in that they may be easily affected by the negative parts of their views on the outside world, which would result in a lack of confidence for future. College students, as we know, are taken as the future of the whole nation, and their development imposes great importance on the safety and happiness of billions of families, and on the accomplishment of China’s social prosperity. Thereafter, it appears vitally important to enhance the education of life values on the college students in that it is a necessity to implement the human-oriented scientific outlook on development and prepare for a peaceful and harmonious society. Besides, it has become a new challenge for higher education and has always been taken as an important task in ideological and political propagation. And this is true with the teaching staff in
