硕士研究生学位论文 摘要 I 摘要 20 世纪 90 年代以来，城市水系的空间保护和利用问题引起了国内外城市的广泛关注。 目前，我国许多大中型城市将其市区范围的水系作为城市空间整治的重点对象。本文以中 国城市建成区范围内水系网络为研究基础，针对沈阳市水系问题，进行分析，提出城市水 系物质空间的保护与利用的对策。 城市水系不仅发挥重要的的基础作用，更是重要的景观和生态元素。通过研究北方城 市水系历史及自然变迁，总结归纳出我国沈阳市水系的典型问题：1. 沈阳市水系水资源 问题；2. 沈阳市水系历史保护问题；3. 沈阳市水系与城市交通布局问题；4. 沈阳市水 系与绿色开放空间问题；5. 沈阳市水系沿线用地问题。 本文采用交叉科学的视角，研究国内外目前的相关理论与实践，对其中的规律加以总 结。并分析了城市规划、环境工程科学、水利工程、城市交通、城市生态、城市绿化体系、 土地利用和规划管理等因素围绕城市水系发挥的作用及相互关系，得出北方城市水系保护 与利用的观点：1.水资源和水空间的联合；2.保护与利用相结合；3.生态设计模式；4.多 目标规划结合。 最后以沈阳市中心城区水系保护与利用为例，从学科综合的角度出发，立足现状，提 出可行的保护与利用建议，希望为沈阳市水系的保护与利用提供有效的帮助。 关键词：沈阳市水系；北方城市；保护与利用；生态设计模式；多目标规划 硕士研究生学位论文 Abstract III Abstract After the 20th century 90s , the issue of conservation and utilization for urban watercourse has drawn more attention it at home and abroad.The urban watercourse has been looked as the focus of remediation Spaces in Lots of large and medium-sized cities in our country . This disssertation is focused on some key problems of ShenYang urban watercourse in traditional urban areas with the mind of urban conservation and rehabilitation , And proposing a solution for north urban conservation by analyzing . Firstly , it was dicussed that urban stream was not only the basic element of the city, but also the element of urban landscape and ecology .Through the process of urban watercourse , it was concluded that the typical problems of ShenYang urban watercourse were : 1. Water Resource problems of ShenYang urban watercourse ; 2. Historic Preservation problems of ShenYang urban watercourse ; 3. City traffic layout and watercourse problems of ShenYang urban watercourse; 4. Green open space system problems of ShenYang urban watercourse ; 5. Land-using problems of ShenYang urban watercourse. Secondly , it looked at the related theories and practice , it included Conserration , Urban Planning , Environment Science , Urban Ecology and Urban green land system .
