Y内容提要 Y 内容提要 高等教育自学考试社会助学管理问题，即是考试科学亟待研究 的重要理论问题，又是合理分配教育资源、整顿治理乱办学的现实问 题。直接关系到市场经济条件下我国高等教育自学考试制度的革新与 发展。然而。在前期高等教育自学考试社会助学的管理中i由于人们沿 用全日制高校教学管理的理论与方法来管理性质、任务特殊的社会助 学，以至造成社会助学管理的混乱局面。同时，也影响了社会助学管理 特点及规律的研究。因此，本文对高等教育自学考试社会助学的探讨， 着重分析了社会助学的特点、管理原则、内外关系的处理及如何根除现 存管理弊端的对策i具体讨论了四方面的问题。 首先在揭示高等教育自学考试社会助学内涵的基础上，探讨了社 会助学的特点，阐述了社会助学与社会力量办学、高等教育自学考试及 市场经济发展等方面的关系。 其次，从理论和实践的结合上，论证了社会助学管理必须遵循的基 本原则．以及务必正确认识和恰当处理的几个重要关系。 第三，从目的、功能、管理制度和管理组织四方面，就我国高等教育 自学考试社会助学及其管理中的现存弊端与成因进行了分析。 最后，根据社会助学的特点、管理原则和内外关联机制，针对我国 社会助学现存问题及自学考试制度的发展取向+明确提出端正社会助 学目的，建立主体管理机构，完善管理法规，健全监督和信息反馈系统 等改进社会助学管理的对策：卜 关健词：高等教商自学考试社会助学管蔼圄俘r ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The problem of social--help school management of teach one--self examination of higher education is only the problem of important theory which need be researched in the science of examination，but also the problem ration— lly arty education and consolidate disorder schools． On present market economie condition，it has direct effect the teach one——self examination reformation and develop ment．In former management work，because the manage methods of full—time irlstitutes were continUed in social—help school management which is special．So that lead disorder situation in management： besides，produce inflaance the researeh about characters and laWS of social—— help schools management．As the above problemS，in this thesis，emphatieally analyse social——help school characters and management rules．explicate how handle it’S in—out side realation and uproot exist evils．This thesis includes four aspects practically First，on the basis of disclosing the connotation of it，in the character of it：expounds the realations amonz the the social——help sch001．teach one——self examination and market economic development Secondly．comibining theory with practice，proves the basic principle which must be abided by in social--help school managemant+and how correctly understand and deal with some important realatims． Thirdly，from it’S intention、function、management rules and organization
