The In-service Training Study of Liaoning Vocational College Professional teachers
Abstract
As a special type of high町 education,Higher Vocational Education plays a positive role for social progress and development ,and has become the ωnsensus of all countries. with the development of social econom弘 and the upgrading of industrial
structure,the ωmmunity for the quality of higher vocational education put forward
increasing demands ,howev町 the high level of educational quality is the basis of hi阶quality teachers. Only continue to participate in in-s配vice training,Vocational teachers can have stocky knowledge and de叩 expertise,improve and enhance the quality of the teacher阴阳d it can improve the current status of vocation a1 college teachers,the overalllevel of teachers.ηlis is also the only way of the development of vocational education,as well as for the future,however ,at present ,the training process of vocational teachers has many problems ,and these problems result in low effect of teachers training,which also hamper the higher education development.
Firstly,this paper is on the basis of Theory ofTeacher Professional Development ,
Lifelong Education Theory and Human Capital Investment Theory,then,analyzes the
∞ntent and characteristic of inservice training. Then,By using comparative analysis,
the paper studies in-service training of Germany,Australia and the United States,and summarizes the foreign experience and enlightenment. On this basis,with the case of Liaoning vocational college teachers,the paper studies the status of in-service training of Liaoning vocational education. And from it,we can seek the problems in the training process. such 邸, training content pertinence ,lack of training funds. To solve these problems ,the paper proposes specific measures on inservice training of Liaoning higher vocational education. It wil1 make professional teachers 甘ammg
