Network of non-mainstream culture reflects a challenge to the traditional culture ,and with some of the rebel resistance. Main contents and characteristics of performance about non-mainstream network culture are the Mars writing and cerebral debris form of symbolic language, the ignorant and decadent style of love and the personalized clothing aesthetic. Non-mainstream Internet culture spread mainly through non-mainstream site, non-mainstream online video, non mainstream network game and channels such as QQ and QQ space. The youth people after 90s have these characters on the physical and mental development of growing, such as sense of independence, self-esteem strong and sensitive, quick thinking but lack of perseverance, values not yet been born, etc. That’s why non-mainstream Internet culture is favorate amone young people who is after 90s.
